We have limited damaged boxes on special. The product is not affected and it is brand new. Find them in our -Shop -Buy-now range.
Some items are discounted. If you want to save on your order, but can wait for an extra day. This simply means we may allow ourselves to wait one extra business day to supply your item to the courier.

In New Zealand and Australia Presto gel can only be bought online.
Deliveries

It happens that courier *delivery is delayed*. We recommend to keep an eye out on your courier tracking details, emailed to you as soon as we despatched. In our experience the most efficient and quickest to deal with unexplained delays is for you to call the courier directly 0800 501 501 – if we do it on your behalf there is extra middleman delay and question uncertainty.
You may want Presto gel *very urgently*.
Normal NZ delivery is by courier, you are paying at cost so we cannot imagine a better deal for you. At Presto gel we normally dispatch your order to the courier within 24 hours (business days).
Express(Same Day) Delivery is not a service we offer at the checkout, but we are happy to discuss with you how you can arrange delivery same-day or early-next-morning. Be warned: this can be up to hundreds of dollars, and you need to arrange it yourself with the express-courier. Email us to discuss.
Overseas – Australian – orders and delivery
You are paying the same price as New Zealand customers, but your credit card provider exchanges to NZ$.
You are being charged shipping expense at cost. We are aware of long delays and frustration, but the only alternative is (quite expensive) international courier – discuss before you order with us what delivery-time frame you can live with, and what budget you want to spend on postage expense. Be assured we despatch your order within 24 hours (business days).
